Keep your documents private

Please do not paste passwords, certificate keys, identity numbers or confidential document contents into the form. A description of the problem is usually enough to begin investigating it. There is no attachment upload, and documents open in the workspace are not included in your message.

For an output problem, useful details include the approximate page count, whether the PDF is scanned or contains selectable text, and whether the issue affects every page or only certain ones. For a guide correction, include the article title and the statement you think needs attention. Avoid including another person’s personal information.

What happens to your message

Your name, email address, chosen subject and message are sent to the site operator’s support inbox through the website’s email delivery provider. Your email is used to respond to your request. Sending a message is optional and separate from using the PDF tools. See the privacy policy for further information.

For a privacy request, select that subject and describe your request without sending identity documents. We may need limited additional information to locate correspondence or confirm that a request concerns your own information. We cannot retrieve documents processed locally because the workspace does not upload or store them on our server.
